 "Sunsets are proof that no matter what happens every day can end beautifully" ~ Kristen Butler ~ Santorini, you stole my heart! It's not just the fact my skin had been deprived of proper sunshine for a good six months prior to this trip. However, I was definitely ready to escape to a warmer climate and get my annual dose of Vitamin D, along with a few plunges into the refreshing Aegean sea! Santorini is an enchanting little Greek island but with plenty to do and explore. And WOW what an incredible place to marry the love of your life! Below are some personal travel shots from my trip to Santorini with my boyfriend back in May. We flew out there to celebrate the wedding of two beautiful souls and my cheeks haven't hurt so much from smiling & laughing in a long time. It was so awesome and a welcome change to be part of a wedding day from the other side of the lens & to relax with a good glug of Prosecco! Since returning back home to a slightly greyer & dull climate - I haven't been able to stop daydreaming about photographing a Santorini destination wedding.
